OIF held its Valentine’s Day Shorts Challenge Awards Ceremony on February 10th, in Winter Park, Florida.

The winners were chosen by five prestigious judges from the Florida Film Industry:

The song, originally sung by Neil Sedaka in 1958, was used with permission from the artist’s agents, as the theme song in the short that won the “Best Picture” category, “Letters to Cupid“.
